Drywall In Kitchen

We did all the work with this kitchen remodel except the drywall mud. We did all the demo, some of the tile, cabinets, structural changes and wall additions but decided not to deal with the messy work of mud. Here you can see the insulation that we put in between rafters, after which we installed the drywall using a special lift.

The image at the bottom shows you a pony wall addition we built to separate the kitchen from the gathering area. The client wanted this as there was a 2’ step down that was a potential hazard for falling.
