Sink pop up repair

One of the most common plumbing repairs I run into regarding bathroom sinks is the pop up stopper which is part of your sinks drain system. Typically the pivot rod (the part that raises and lowers the stopper) rusts and breaks leaving the pop-up useless. But in this case someone had broken the drain underneath the sink and tried to duct tape it back together! I removed the broken sink drain pop-up assembly and replaced it with a new unit.
