Another ceiling fan installation

This fan was a Hunter brand fairview model that I installed yesterday. The home owner was a little worried that the ceiling fan might hang down too low in this guest bedroom. I let him know that we could flush mount the fan which raised the fans mounting height by about 6". This unit came with a remote control so that you can operate the ceiling fan and lights from bed or the sofa! Thankfully there was already a switch and a suitable ceiling box installed by the builder which made this ceiling fan installation a snap!
