Painting Ceiling

We painted a ceiling flat white after a drywall patch & texture application to the ceiling. Its important to use a base primer like PVA before you add the top coat, as not only will it effect the quality of the paint job, the raw plaster will suck up all the moisture and volume out of the top coat paint you apply. PVA is a thick paint designed for raw plaster so that the next application can be your color.
