Its often that we come across issues with the framing. Here we found extensive termite damage that needed to be reinforced (“sistered up”) to preserve the structural entegrity of the remodel.

With the tile, we found that the already existing tile had a high float, effecting homeowner cost; giving more questions than answers as to why the previous GC would do that. Besides all this, it’s turning out to be quite the success.
