Bathroom Remodel

This quaint home in Fallbrook needed a spare bathroom remodel! We removed the 9-foot mirror that spanned across the vanity and in it's place installed two oval medicine cabinet mirrors. We also installed a new granite counter top, two undermount sinks with widespread faucets, chrome light fixtures, and matching towel racks on the opposing wall.

The trim of the two oval mirrors was also the wrong color and needed to be fixed. They had more of a rosey/pewter tone than the silver/chrome theme the homeowner was looking for. After carefully masking off and applying 6 coats of Chrome spray paint and a clear top coat, they came out perfectly!

There were also some old, incorrectly exectued drywall patches that needed fixing. We knocked down the uneven texture, applied a skim coat to smooth out the surface, lightly sanded the re-patched areas, and then retexured and repainted. Then we finished it all up with some minor carpentry work: prepainting and installing the baseboards.
