We get countless homes ready for rent every year. Some properties need comprehensive remodeling and others just need some cosmetic freshening up for the next renter.

This Murrieta home was somewhere in between the two. It didn't need major remodeling but almost every area of the house needed attention. From new sod, plants and some low voltage lighting outside to complete interior paint! New appliances were installed in the kitchen. Cabinetry was painted, the fireplace got a facelift, the stair rail needed some repairs and paint. Blinds were replaced throughout. A new 6x8 sliding glass door was installed and the patio cover was completely rebuilt. A new condenser was installed for the Hvac system.
