Remodeling in Redhawk

This home in the Redhawk area is about to go on the market! It showed signs of supporting a family inside its walls for the last several years and needed some light remodeling. As is the case with most Temecula remodels we do. This Temecula home was in over all good shape and only had a couple of major issues. The first being a second story balcony deck that was not built properly and the second was the front porch that desperately needed some paint and caulking! The rest of the repairs in brief description are as follows:
Replaced faulty pressure regulator
Patched misc drywall holes
Fixed botched ceiling drywall patch
Repaired garage door jam after break damage
Painted all fencing
Replaced minor electrical fixtures
Touch paint and spackling throughout house
Rebuilt balcony handrail
Light landscaping, plants, bark small trees etc
Repaired broken water main leak
