Laminate flooring

We are still remodeling or Fallbrook home and one of the recent projects I tackled was installing laminate flooring in the living room and dinning room. We only had around $2 a square foot budgeted for this laminate flooring project which is on the low end of the spectrum as far as flooring options go. We knew we wanted something dark and something that looked somewhat natural so we ended up with this dark hand scraped looking laminate. As you can see it looks great with the creamy off white walls. It is a great upgrade for the house to have wall to wall wood flooring compared to our old half tile half wood floor we had before. Tearing out the old tile was a choir but in the end it was all worth it!
