Water Damage

Here are a few more pictures of some old projects where some water got in places it shouldn't have been! 

This drywall was damaged by a roof leak. We had to repair the roofing tiles and some flashing to stop the water penetration from entering the roof and traveling down here into the family room!

Here is another water spot that was caused by another roof leak.

This shower pan was poorly installed and the vapor barrier on the shower walls also had failed and allowed water to penetrate into the walls and the subfloor. This shower water damage got so bad that it eventually started dripping into the downstairs kitchen! We had to tear out the whole shwer and start over before all was said and done!
