Clothes Washer drip pan

A clothes washer drip pan is a great preventative measure to have in place in the event of a leak. That way if your clothes washer happens to spring a leak the water will go into the drip pan and (if properly installed) down the pre-plumbed drain line which leads the water outside rather than onto the laundry room floor. I have included a few photos of the last drip pan I installed in a Redhawk townhouse here in Temecula. The laundry room is on the second floor which makes this a perfect spot to install the washer pan.
