Painting Facia

Yesterday we painted the facia of a home in Temecula.

The facia on your home is very important because it is where your roof line terminates. It gets lots of sunshine and water (well not so much water here in So Cal) but the sunshine with all its harsh destructive UV rays does bad things to your facia paint! We go the extra mile when repainting facia (or any surface) so that the new top coat has maximum adhesion which equals maximum longevity! Which means you will not have to repaint it as soon.
