Kitchen faucet repair

This temecula rental property had a broken kitchen faucet that needed repair. The landlord decided to repair the faucet rather than replace it. The faucet handle had lost its ability to raise and lower the stem/cartridge. I was able to install a replacement handle and a new cartridge which got the faucet up and running again quickly.
